SEA team is very organized and professional. Their project plan and timeline tracked well against actual progress. Their design team was very good as well and provided great input on big and small items throughout the entire process.

I cannot say enough good things about S.E.A Construction Inc. Steve Albert, his S.E.A. team, and his team of subs are the nicest, most competent, professional, honest, and hardworking folks I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every sub -- from demolition to framing, plumbing, electric, cabinetry, etc. -- had great indepth knowledge and expertise in his field. Everyone showed up when they are supposed to and they called if they were running late. My project was done on time and within budget and the workmanship is absolutely incredible. We lived in our house for half of the project and Steve's entire team made sure we were as comfortable as possible -- from completely cleaning up at the end of every day to installing air filters and temporary walls (wood and plastic) in order to keep the dust at bay from our living area.

We first used SEA Construction to complete a major remodel of our home over 15 years ago. Since then, SEA Construction has completed no fewer than six major/significant remodels on various homes or projects. We've been satisfied with each job they have completed. We have recommended SEA Construction to many others who have also used them for their construction needs.
