The New Kit On The Block

Posted by Devon Shryock

Not all kits are created equal! But some are just too cool not to mention.

It's not everyday that we have the opportunity to tackle a kit home. While in principle, the idea of a kit makes so much sense, for most people there are very few that work as well as a traditionally built home. There are usually items one needs to work around, and most still tend to retain that cookie-cutter quality. This latter characteristic is often an automatic deal-breaker for most people.

The visionary and trend-breaker in all of us are the first to see potential in untapped places. So it's not a stretch for our intuition to grasp the potential in kits, especially the large value-engineered equation. In fact, this is a major source of the kit's attractiveness. But don't we so often lament, "If someone would just come up with a kit that doesn't look stamped and allowed for individual customizations."

Well, there's good news!

If you've always suspected one day someone will get it right then you'll want to take a long, tall look at the LV Series, designed by Rocio Romero.

Last year we won the opportunity to build a Rocio design for a client in the Pacifica hills, The Minnie House. Like its owner, we are pretty proud of this little gem - and working with the Rocio team is surprisingly easy. We are hoping to build more of these in the coming years.

We all know why Obama, Barry, sharif, Stephen won't release them. Only constant daily pressure will help. What about Romney? Let's do Obama first. Don't loose the fooeh.www.wheresobamasbirtscurtificate.ccm/blog

It’s particularly bad on Un1;8ver&#e2i7ls part given that Yves Saint Laurent got hammered for exactly the same thing – calling a perfume Champagne. They were forced to withdraw it and rename it (it’s Yvresse). Honestly, I really can’t believe they’d be so stupid – the YSL case was exceptionally high profile.

that it would incorporate some sort of software so that these patticipanrs' faces could be concealed.Wright talks about it and around 36:30 of that segment.I mention this because it seems like an excellent opportunity to get your ideas out there, and because it incorporates facial concealment and allows you to maintain your privacy, like your engagement at the Seasteading conference next month.
